Each of our three services looks a little different, but the typical workflow is:

  1. You take a style quiz tailored to the area of focus - travel or your full wardrobe.
  2. Our stylist reviews your quiz and crafts personalized guidance and a style guide.
  3. You have the chance to go back and forth with the stylist to make sure we land on something that helps you feel confident.

It's a real conversation, not an algorithm dropping results in your inbox.

We partner with expert stylists who focus on helping women look polished and confident - while maintaining comfort. They bring warmth and practicality to every session, focusing on who you actually are rather than who the trends say you should be.

Yes - we use AI to support the process, but a real stylist makes every final decision. AI helps us process your quiz responses efficiently; our stylists review everything and build your style guide personally. You'll never receive a fully automated result.

Turnaround typically ranges from 5-7 business days depending on the service. The Closet Edit, being the most comprehensive, may take slightly longer. We'll always give you an estimated timeline when you get started.

This looks a little different for each service. Each quiz takes roughly 10-20 minutes and will ask you to upload a few photos. Aside from that, the amount of time you spend reviewing and refining your style guide is entirely up to you.

Every service includes back-and-forth with your stylist. If something doesn't feel right, we work with you until it does. Our goal is for you to feel genuinely confident - not just satisfied.

Not necessarily. We start by making the most of what you own. If we do recommend purchases, they'll be intentional investments chosen to fill real gaps - not impulse additions to an already full closet.

Thimble & Thread is designed for women who want to feel confident in their style while reducing overconsumption - especially those navigating life transitions like a career shift, a changing body, postpartum, or a new season of life. You may not want a whole new wardrobe, but you do want clarity about what works.
